FAMTHE
FAMTHE – Helicoidal Tubes Mobile Factory is an innovative and unique machine developed by MEMPS.
It consists in a mobile factory with a different technology that allows the production of tubes inside de worksite. It is coupled in a truck or it can be adapted for use in a container or ferry.
Developed and produced by MEMPS, FAMTHE has been allowing our presence in many constructions throughout Brazil.
Altogether, we have 9 machines built which allows us to assist many constructions simultaneously.
FAMTHE DIFFERENTIALS:
Cost Reduction on transportation and storage of tubes;
Reduction or removal of mends;
Internal and External Submerse Arc Welding;
Greater Tube resistance;
Optimization of time and construction processes;
Capacity of producing tubes of any length.
Helical tubes or metal jackets are tubes made of steel, used for various applications in constructions such as piers, bridges, platforms, pipelines, structural walls, etc.
